After having her hair violently cut from her by someone looking to gain its power, Rapunzel looked for a way to get its power back.
She discovered that if enough scalps were collected she could perform a ritual to gain it back.
To do this Rapunzel opens a Barber Shop, but she has to be careful not to draw attention too quickly.
